Revun is a technology company developing a connected software platform for property operations and service-based businesses.
The platform brings together CRM, workflow automation, communications, payments, reporting, stakeholder portals, integrations, operational management, and AI-assisted tools within one system.
Revun is being built to support property managers, landlords, brokerages, maintenance companies, service providers, and other organizations that need stronger control over complex operational workflows.
As the platform moves toward broader market adoption, Revun is building the marketing capability required to establish the category, generate qualified demand, support product launches, strengthen customer trust, and grow recurring software revenue.
Revun is hiring a Vice President of Marketing Operations to develop and lead the company’s marketing organization across product marketing, demand generation, brand development, customer acquisition, content, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
This person will be responsible for translating a complex technology platform into a clear and compelling market proposition.
The role will shape how Revun presents its product, reaches priority customer segments, launches new capabilities, supports sales, builds market credibility, and measures the connection between marketing investment and recurring revenue.
This is not a narrow communications or campaign-management role. We are looking for a senior executive who can build the marketing systems, team structure, reporting, and execution standards required to grow a technology company.
Develop the company’s marketing strategy across brand, product positioning, customer acquisition, market education, and revenue growth
Define the platform’s value proposition for property managers, landlords, brokerages, maintenance businesses, service providers, and other target customers
Create clear messaging for the platform, individual product modules, AI capabilities, integrations, implementation services, and customer outcomes
Build go-to-market plans for product launches, new features, market expansion, partnerships, and customer segments
Lead demand-generation programs across paid media, organic search, content, events, partnerships, outbound support, and account-based campaigns
Manage advertising across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels relevant to B2B software acquisition
Improve lead quality, demo requests, sales-qualified opportunities, conversion, acquisition cost, and marketing-sourced pipeline
Build reporting that connects campaign activity to CRM stages, demonstrations, proposals, closed customers, subscription revenue, and customer value
Develop product-marketing materials, including website copy, landing pages, sales presentations, product demonstrations, use cases, case studies, comparison materials, and launch campaigns
Establish a content program covering operational education, technology, AI, automation, customer pain points, product capabilities, and industry change
Lead the company’s website, social channels, email marketing, video, webinars, product education, and thought-leadership activity
Build SEO strategies around property technology, operational software, workflow automation, CRM, maintenance operations, leasing, and related customer needs
Strengthen Revun’s credibility through media, partnerships, awards, industry events, podcasts, speaking opportunities, analyst relationships, and customer success stories
Work closely with product, engineering, sales, customer success, implementation, operations, and executive leadership
Partner with developers, analytics teams, CRM specialists, automation resources, and data teams to improve lead tracking, attribution, reporting, and marketing workflows
Use AI and automation to improve research, content operations, reporting, lead qualification, campaign analysis, and team productivity
Create systems for marketing intake, prioritization, campaign development, approvals, launches, reporting, and performance review
Build and manage a team that may include product marketers, demand-generation specialists, media buyers, content resources, designers, writers, video editors, analysts, PR support, offshore staff, agencies, and freelancers
Establish clear standards for quality, deadlines, brand consistency, data accuracy, and team accountability
Monitor competitor positioning, market changes, customer needs, channel performance, and product-adoption barriers
Identify weak campaigns, unclear messaging, poor lead quality, inefficient spending, tracking problems, and gaps in the customer journey
Provide leadership with direct recommendations on budgets, markets, positioning, team capacity, growth opportunities, and marketing risk
Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience
At least 5 of those years must have been in a senior marketing leadership role
Relevant senior positions may include Vice President of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Head of Growth, Vice President of Demand Generation, or a comparable role
Senior leadership experience must include direct responsibility for strategy, budgets, teams, execution, reporting, and measurable business outcomes
Experience marketing SaaS, software, technology platforms, marketplaces, CRM products, AI-enabled tools, workflow systems, or other complex B2B products
Experience managing marketing across multiple customer segments, markets, products, modules, or business lines
Strong product-marketing experience, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, launches, sales enablement, customer research, and competitive analysis
Strong demand-generation and performance-marketing experience
Experience managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, retargeting, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Strong understanding of marketing-sourced pipeline, lead qualification, acquisition cost, conversion, recurring revenue, attribution, and customer lifetime value
Experience connecting marketing activity to CRM stages, sales opportunities, subscriptions, implementation revenue, or another confirmed commercial result
Experience building content, SEO, webinars, events, partnerships, case studies, and thought-leadership programs for a B2B audience
Strong understanding of brand positioning, public messaging, customer trust, creative direction, and product perception
Experience working closely with product managers, engineers, developers, CTOs, sales teams, customer-success teams, analysts, and implementation teams
Practical experience using AI and automation within marketing operations
Experience managing internal, remote, offshore, freelance, agency, and project-based resources
Experience controlling substantial marketing budgets and evaluating return on investment
Experience developing reporting structures, operational processes, approval systems, and quality-control standards
Strong executive communication, leadership, organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills

You are a commercially minded technology-marketing executive who can make a complicated product understandable, relevant, and credible.
You know how to identify the difference between a product feature and a customer outcome.
